Tradition
since 1553
...experience
tradition together with down to earth and up to date hospitality...
"First time
mentioned as Terverne with adjoining horse change station
in the history books from 1553, the Almerwirt
developed later as a stop for pilgrims. Both of the restaurants
on the ground floor served to warm the guests and to refuel on
“Rötele” (= wine and Schnapps). Even the King
of Bavaria visited in 1808 the tavern".
"Today, the Almerwirt
shows itself as a successful mixture of tradition, down
to earth and up to date hospitality. Situated in the
middle of Maria Alm, the house offers its guests an appealing
atmosphere, an enjoyable cuisine, comfort and relaxation."
